The service

Persos is your Personal Operating System for memory and context. Features, credit limits, and availability may change during preview. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI-generated suggestions.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information where you choose to share it.
• Only upload photos you have the right to use.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass credit limits, or abuse other users.
• You must be old enough to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction.

Credits

AI features consume credits from your monthly allowance. Credits and usage history may be retained when you reset your memory data. Bonus or pilot grants are discretionary during preview.

AI-generated content

AI outputs and suggestions may be imperfect. You are responsible for how you use generated content in real-world situations.

Termination

You may stop using Persos at any time. We may suspend access for abuse or to protect the service. You can delete your memory data from You → Account without closing your sign-in.

Limitation of liability

The preview is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim (preview access is currently free).
