Privacy Policy

Who we are
persos ("Persos", "we", "us") provides a voice-first Personal Operating System. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. Last updated: June 2026.
Data we collect
- Account: Google sign-in identity (email, name, profile image URL from Google).
- Profile: basics you provide and free-text notes in your account.
- Memories and collections: notes, documents, tags, and structured facts you save in Memories.
- Uploads: chat attachments and files you choose to add to memories.
- Chat history: text messages and tool activity in your threads with Persos.
- Usage: AI credit balance and consumption ledger (operations like chat, capture, and voice).
- Technical: essential session cookies for authentication; standard server logs.
How we use data
- Capture, organize, and retrieve personal memory on your behalf.
- Run AI features (text, analysis, and voice) to help you save and reuse context.
- Meter usage against your credit balance.
- Improve reliability and security of the service.
AI processing
Your messages and images may be sent to AI providers through Vercel AI Gateway. We configure requests to disallow prompt training on supported providers. AI outputs are shown to you in the app; we do not use your content to train our own models.
Processors
- Supabase (database, authentication, file storage).
- Google (OAuth sign-in).
- Vercel (hosting, AI Gateway to model providers).
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete product data at any time from You → Account (memories, collections, chats, playbooks, workflows, Twin data, and integrations). Credit ledger entries may be retained for billing integrity even after a data reset. Google sign-in remains so you can use the product again.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies in this preview. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
Your rights
- Access and correct profile data in the You section.
- Delete product data via Delete all my data (Account tab).
- Withdraw consent by contacting us (may limit use of the service).
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Use You → Account → Delete all my data to wipe product data (memories, collections, chats, personal playbooks, workflows, Twin training data, and integrations). Your Google sign-in and credit ledger stay so you can start fresh. Data export remains available on request.
